This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs use of the applications and software made available by BananaVPN.

License grant

Subject to your active account, applicable subscription, payment status, and these terms, BananaVPN grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for its intended purpose.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, circumvent licensing or security controls, resell access without authorization, use the application unlawfully, or interfere with the service or other users.

Updates and availability

The application may receive security, compatibility, and feature updates. Service availability may depend on your plan, device, network, app store, and third-party infrastructure.

Termination

This license ends when your account or entitlement ends, when you delete your account, or when BananaVPN terminates access as permitted by law and the applicable service terms.

Store terms

If you obtained the application through an app store, that store's mandatory terms and consumer protections also apply and prevail where required.
